Ephesians 2:8  Says, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" So, we are saved by God's grace, not by our own good deeds. In the same way that our good works don't save us, our bad ones, or sins, cannot keep us from salvation.

Paul explained in Romans 8:10-11 and 8:38-39 that nothing can separate us from God's love:
